CEDENNA attended “Chilean Science meets the Max Planck Institutes

Researchers of CEDENNA attended the meeting: “Chilean Science meets the Max Planck Institutes” which was held at the “Centro Interdisciplinario de Neurociencia of Valparaiso”.

The researchers Drs. Evgenia Spodine, Verónica Paredes and Jorge Manzur attended the meeting “Nanotecnología” held at Centro de Convenciones Sheraton Santiago.

On this ocassion the results of “Proyecto de Articulaci{on de nanotecnologia” were presented. Different people related to Government, Science and Industry discussed the development of nanotechnology in Chile.

Professor Carolina Aliaga visited the Laboratory of Professor Scaiano of the University of Ottawa, Canada, She performed experiements related to EPR measurements on magnetite nanoparticles, which were synthezised at CEDENNA.

Professor Jorge Manzur met Dr. Fernando de la Vega, on January 15th and discussed the use of nanoparticles in solar cells dyes.
