CEDENNA shows the uses of nanoscience at a futurist congress

February 20, 2017

Close to 1,800 children and youth attended a futurist event held in the former congress building in Santiago on November 17 and 18 (2016). Attendees saw how nanotechnology can improve life through the activities displayed by CEDENNA at the event.

Removing petroleum from water with magnetic zeolites and active food packaging were among the things CEDENNA researchers displayed at the event, while Dr. Dora Altbir spoke on what nanotechnology can do for us, which was transmitted via streaming to 10 thousands connections throughout Chile.
