High school students do an internship in the Nanomagnetism Laboratory

Under the direction of Dr. Daniela Alburquenque of the Nanomagnetism Laboratory, three students from 2nd grade of the Alexander Fleming School developed the project “Preparation of thin films of CoO and TiO2 using the technique of ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition)”, to present it in the scientific fair of their school. The youngsters Matías Johnston, Martin Córdova and Anay Aguilera worked in three days in the preparation of thin films and determining their thickness.
