The recent acquisition of an electrospinning equipment with standards for biomedical use, has allowed the study and development of applications in the cosmetic and stem cell area. The nanofiber weaving technique creates highly flexible and adaptable materials, helping the nesting and growth of this type of cells, or allowing the elaboration of a frame doped with antioxidants or anti-inflammatories useful for cosmetic masks, and other uses. Recently, one of the main firms in this area, met with Cedenna’s team, achieving agreements for joint work. The project is in charge of Dr. Simonet Torres.
