has several laboratories associated with universities of Excellence to conduct groundbreaking research.
The Reproduction Immunology Laboratory (LIR) of the University of Santiago, is a specialized unit whose fundamental mission is to conduct high level research into diverse aspects of reproductive physiology in mammals. As an integral part of CEDENNA, LIR orients its activities to research the potential biological applications of nanoparticles developed in the framework of CEDENNA. To do this, we apply cellular and molecular biological tools, as well as primary cultures and cell lines of experimental animals. The LIR is composed of four academics from USACH and a diverse group of doctoral and undergraduate students focused on the biological sciences.
