First Seminar Cedenna 2019 addressed legal framework for new inventions

On Thursday, March 28, the Cedenna 2019 Seminars cycle began, with the topic Intellectual Property and Technological Spin Off, presented by Saúl Carrillo, coordinator of the Technological Management Department of the University of Santiago de Chile. The lawyer referred to the legal framework for the development of inventions and the patenting process. He also explained the characteristics that must be met by technology-based companies or spin-offs for the transfer of the technologies they develop.
