Two researchers receive “Anillos” program grants

Among the 17 new “Anillo” Science and Technology Research Centers to receive funding this year in the framework of the fifth Anillo grant program of CONICYT are two CEDENNA researchers.

Juan Alejandro Valdivia, from the Physics Department of the University of Chile and head of the Simulations Line received a grant for the project “Fundamental processes in the physics of spatial plasmas, combining instrumentation, observations, theory and simulations ”.


Andrés Vega junto a Verónica Paredes y Carolina Aliaga de la Línea Química de Nanoestructuras From our Nanostructure Chemistry Line, Andrés Vega, a professor from the University of Andres Bello, received a grant for the project “Inorganic Polyfunctional Materials based on Strategic Chilean IPMaG metals”.
