Project of Simulations and Chemistry of Nanostructures awarded Interline funds

April 3, 2019

The initiative entitled “Interaction of fluorescent dyes with gold nanostructures” was presented by the researchers Carolina Aliaga, of the Chemistry of Nanostructures and Carlos Cárdenas, of Simulations. The work seeks to describe, by means of theoretical and experimental tools, how the presence of a nanostructure can modify an electronic property such as the internal charge transfer of the dye. “Collaborative work has given us the opportunity to reciprocally enrich our work as researchers,” said the Center’s members.
