Dr. Vallejos is a biochemist from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, holds a Master’s in Aquaculture from the University of Barcelona and a PhD in Immunology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona
Dr. Vallejos has more than 7 years of university teaching experience, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, teaching courses such as Production of Aquatic Organisms, Aquaculture Production Technology and Cell Biology, among others.
