CEDENNA’s Technology Project Development Group has created a service management system to standardize the center’s protocols for receiving and handling samples and thus establish a smoother and more environmentally sustainable relationship with the companies requesting the services CEDENNA offers.
The system includes a standard form for receiving samples, with indications on the amount of material needed, to avoid overstock.
It includes a detailed protocol for leftover material, eventually considering the cost of disposal and/or return of these samples.
