Six photographs were selected for the 2021 Nanoscience Calendar. This year 38 very high-quality images were submitted. The winners were Daniela Alburquenque, Juan José Erices, Constanza Piña and Karina Roa. The composition by María Francisca Matus, Bruno Cisternas and Cristián Vilos and the photograph by Simón Riveros together with Javiera Sepúlveda were also chosen. The contest was open to the center’s undergraduate and graduate students, who submitted original, unpublished images related to nanoscience and nanotechnology.
