During the recent visit of the Minister of Science, Flavio Salazar, our center announced that it is working on creating a strategic science-industry platform called OPEN LAB CEDENNA. Now we have more good news to share: we already have our first OPEN LAB partner in the “Nano Plus” category, a membership that entitles it to a series of benefits.
The company is Spora Biotech, a science-based startup focused on developing solutions to improve our society through biotechnology. It works with fungal mycelium-based technologies to grow mycotextures and self-generate sustainable, smart mycotextiles.
OPEN LAB CEDENNA is an innovative program that aims to create a hub of partner companies to promote research and technological development in search of innovative solutions to the challenges of the country’s different productive sectors.
