The Director of the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (CEDENNA), Dr. Juan Escrig, together with a team of researchers from the Center, took part in the 24th Chilean Physics Symposium (SOCHIFI 2024), held this year at the Universidad de La Frontera in Temuco.

The event was attended by more than 450 people, including undergraduate and graduate students who had the opportunity to present their research for the first time. This symposium, organized by the Chilean Physical Society, is a key forum for the exchange of knowledge and collaboration between academics and researchers from different universities in the country.

Dr. Juan Escrig highlighted the importance of this activity, noting: “This opportunity brings together scientists from all universities and, therefore, allows us to learn about their research”.

The participation of CEDENNA in forums like this reaffirms our commitment to the development of science and the promotion of research in the country.
