“The activity CEDENNA held is excellent. I spoke with all the exhibitors and realized there are many applications that are key to the problems food development is facing in our country today,” highlighted the General Manager of Chile Alimentos, Guillermo González, one of the business leaders who took part in the 2023 Nanotechnology Fair organized by the Center for the Development of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, CEDENNA.
After touring the different modules of the scientific exhibition with great interest, he commented that “here you realize there are lots of solutions that are very applicable to our industry, which is interested in producing healthy food. And nanotechnology is closely related to generating solutions that translate directly into beneficial effects for consumers.”
