With the aim of exploring new collaboration opportunities and advancing in the search for innovative solutions to current challenges, COPEC visited CEDENNA and toured some of its laboratories.
During the visit, Elisa Castillo, Projects and Innovation Engineer at COPEC’s Engineering Management, held meetings with the center’s researchers, learning first-hand about CEDENNA’s scientific and technological capabilities and its advances in applied research in nanotechnology.
Omar Daud, researcher at the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology CEDENNA, praised the visit, noting that “Elisa gave a positive evaluation of the visit. In fact, she was very grateful, above all for the tremendous potential she could see at the Center. She was really impressed with everything that is done at CEDENNA, especially in environmental, biotechnological and biomedical fields and, above all, in electron microscopy. Today’s visit was very positive; something could be done together, such as collaborating on a project soon.”
We thank her for her visit and the interest shown in creating synergies that turn science into innovation with real impact for the country.
