Dr. Víctor Grimblatt, executive director of Engineering for R&D in the Design Technology Group at Synopsys, visited the laboratories of CEDENNA to explore the scientific and technological advances developed at the center. During his tour, he highlighted the importance of strengthening the link between the economy and science, stressing the key role universities play in this ecosystem.
In his words, Grimblatt emphasized:
“Universities are the ones that move science forward, and industries receive what universities research and discover and turn it into products. It is a two-way relationship, of technology transfer from the university to industry, but also from industry to the university to present it with existing problems”.
This visit reflects the importance of building strategic alliances between academia and the productive sector, enhancing the impact of scientific research on society.
At CEDENNA, we remain committed to promoting these connections, driving projects that go beyond the frontiers of knowledge to respond to current and future challenges.
