With strong in-person attendance, the latest talk of the CEDENNA Seminar Series, “Design Guide/Platform for the recyclability of food product packaging”, was given by Dr. Alejandra Torres, researcher at our center and expert in Packaging Sustainability and Safety at Laben Chile.

A highly relevant topic in today’s planetary situation, which drew great interest from the audience and generated an exchange of questions and opinions on recycling, especially of plastic packaging, as well as on the urgency of moving towards a circular model, reducing plastic waste from the design stage and keeping packaging or its components in use for as long as possible.
