The tenth edition of the ProNano 2025workshop, developed by CEDENNA, was recently featured by Cooperativa Ciencia, recognizing its valuable contribution to science outreach and education in the country.
The initiative took place at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile (USACH) and brought together teachers from various regions of the country with the aim of bringing nanoscience into school classrooms.
During the workshop, the teachers made nanoparticles from egg whites, using accessible, everyday materials. This practical and replicable experience seeks to empower teachers with concrete tools to teach science in an innovative and approachable way, fostering scientific curiosity from the earliest stages of education.
