CEDENNA held an interesting and participatory Technology Transfer Workshop on Monday, June 12, where researchers from the center’s different lines shared both their progress on various developments and the challenges, problems and experiences in their processes to bring projects to fruition, with the aim of contributing to different productive sectors.
For almost four hours, participants had the opportunity to learn about a selection of projects at different stages of development, providing a comprehensive view of the work being carried out in the various research lines.
Some of the presenters shared recommendations based on their own experiences on how to carry out a technology transfer process. They also highlighted the challenges they have faced and the solutions they have implemented to overcome them. Improvements were also suggested in certain management areas in order to optimize the work of the different research teams
