The Director of the CEDENNA Foundation, Dr. Dora Altbir, took part as a speaker in the symposium “Leadership and Management for Relevant Conversations about a Changing World”, , an event that brought together leading figures from the academic, scientific and management spheres to reflect on present-day challenges and the transformative role of knowledge.
During her talk, Dr. Altbir addressed the relevance of nanoscience and nanotechnology as strategic tools to tackle current problems in areas such as health, energy, the environment and industry. She also highlighted the work carried out by CEDENNA as an interdisciplinary center for applied research, technology transfer and specialist training nationwide.
Dr. Altbir’s participation reaffirms CEDENNA’s commitment to scientific leadership and to strengthening science as the basis for the country’s sustainable and equitable development.
