CEDENNA, was pleased to welcome an enthusiastic group of 11th grade students from Trewhela’s School, as part of an educational day dedicated to science outreach.

The visit began with an introductory talk given by the Director of the CEDENNA Center Program, Dr. Juliano Casagrande Denardin, who offered an overview of the impact of nanoscience and the main lines of research carried out at the center.

The students then toured various laboratories at CEDENNA, including Electron Microscopy, Nanomagnetism, Nanobiomedicine and Nanosafety. In each of them, they had the opportunity to learn first-hand about the technologies used, the scientific projects under way and the many applications of nanotechnology in key areas for social and scientific development.

This experience is part of CEDENNA’s commitment to education and science outreach, bringing frontier knowledge closer to new generations.
