The Director of the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (CEDENNA), Dr. Juan Escrig, together with a team of researchers from the Center, took part in the XXIV Chilean Physics Symposium (SOCHIFI 2024), held this year at the University of La Frontera, in Temuco.

The event was attended by more than 450 people, including undergraduate and graduate students who had the opportunity to present their research for the first time. This symposium, organized by the Chilean Physics Society, is a key opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and collaboration between academics and researchers from different universities in the country.

Dr. Juan Escrig highlighted the importance of this activity, saying: “This opportunity allows us to bring together scientists from all universities and, therefore, learn about their research.”

CEDENNA's participation in this type of event reaffirms our commitment to the development of science and the promotion of research in the country.

About SOCHIFI
