The Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (CEDENNA) is pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 version of the “CEDENNA Images Contest”, an initiative that combines science and art through images captured by electron microscopy and creatively transformed by students, technological developers and researchers from the center.

This competition aims to bring science closer to the general public, showing the beauty and relevance of nanoscience and nanotechnology in our daily lives. The participating images not only stood out for their quality and originality, but also for their ability to inspire and enrich national scientific culture.

We are grateful for the enthusiastic participation of those who accepted this challenge, presenting creations that will bring to life the CEDENNA 2025 calendar and other outreach initiatives, such as the successful traveling exhibition "Images of the Nanoworld", which tours various locations in the country.

All images received will become part of CEDENNA's historical archive and may be used in future promotional materials, always giving due recognition to their authors.

Congratulations to the winners!
