Cedenna began a collaboration with SQM Salar, aimed at improving the raw material used in the manufacture of lithium batteries. Executives from SQM's New Technologies Division visited the center and met the teams and researchers that will work on this development. On the occasion, they highlighted that working with Cedenna will allow the company to better respond to its own clients. Jaime Robertson, Head of New Technologies at SQM, pointed out that the project they are starting with Cedenna will have a direct impact on the development of new technologies for electromobility, a goal that Chile has set itself to combat climate change. “There were other centers in Europe, but we selected Cedenna for its quality and for the synergy of working in our country. It has been excellent ”, he concluded.
