The fourth-grade students of the Nuestra Señora María Inmaculada School had the unique opportunity to explore the world of the nanoscale with a visit to the laboratories of the CEDENNA Nanoscience and Nanotenology Center.
The day began with an enriching introductory talk by Dr. Mauricio Escudey, researcher associated with CEDENNA and head of the Nanosafety laboratory. During this session, the students delved into the fundamental concepts of nanoscience and nanotechnology, opening their minds to new frontiers of knowledge.
Throughout the visit, the students had the opportunity to tour and get up close to the Nanosafety, Packaging, Transfer, Electron Microscopy, Plant Biotechnology and Nanobiomedicine laboratories. This tour allowed them to expand their understanding of these innovative cutting-edge fields and glimpse the future of science and technology.
