Seminar "Basic aspects to know about patent law".

• What is a patent of invention?
• What is the structure of the patent and what does it protect?
• What are the requirements for an invention to be patentable?

These are some of the questions that lawyer Fernando Fernández Acevedo will address in his talk on Thursday 31 August, from 16.00 hours, in the Auditorium of the REMS Research Centres Building.

In this conference, called "Basic aspects to know about Patent Law", the professional will also refer to certain basic procedural aspects of patenting, the legal status of the inventor working under the Usach's auspices and will give us a brief introduction to legal aspects to be considered in the field of technology transfer.

It will be broadcast in online format only for researchers from outside the Usach, with prior registration.
