The Agricultural Research Institute (INIA) reached an agreement with Cedenna to jointly explore projects in which the use of nanoparticles could be instrumental in improving crops. While the world population is growing significantly, the challenge is to increase production, however, it is necessary to do so taking care of the soils in order to reach the population with healthy food and allow sustainable development.
To Cedenna, this is an opportunity to collaborate in the development of solutions that allow the agri-food sector of our country without degrading the health of the soil and agroecosystems. In this area, Cedenna has already generated pathogen sensors and nanoparticle packaging that promote better food quality.
