On Friday, November 26, the XVI International Seminar on Condensed Matter Physics and Statistical Physics, Simafe 2021, concluded.
As a result of the pandemic, the scientific meeting this year was held in alternate hybrid format, virtual and face-to-face talks at the University of La Frontera, in the city of Temuco.
The seminar, which started on Wednesday, November 24, was gaining notoriety at the national and international level. In addition to the participation of national researchers, this year was attended by specialists from Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, the United States, Norway and the United Kingdom. At the same time, the organization had the invaluable support of scientists from the National University of San Luis, Argentina.
As usual, in a framework of cordiality and camaraderie, national and foreign scientists presented the advances in their respective research, strengthening ties for future collaborations and scheduling activities for the next year.
