On January 24, 2025, CEDENNA attended the First Session of the ANID Centers Council, held in the Auditorium of the Moneda Bicentenario Building. During this event, the Minister of Science, Technology, Knowledge, and Innovation, Aisén Etcheverry, offered a detailed overview of the Ministry's evolution since its creation. The Minister highlighted the establishment phase (2018-2022) and the current phase of building processes and structures (2022-2026).
The Ministry's main objective is to strengthen participation and develop regulations that promote quality, transparency, and impact within the CTCI (Science, Technology, Knowledge, and Innovation) ecosystem.
CEDENNA's participation in this event was highlighted by the Alternate Director, Dr. María José Galotto, who stated: "Being present at this event as CEDENNA and as part of the University of Santiago allows us to access up-to-date information on the Ministry's policies, future, and interests regarding research centers nationwide."
