"The activity carried out by CEDENNA is excellent. I spoke with all the exhibitors and I realized that there are many applications that are key to the problems that food development is having in our country today," highlighted the General Manager of Chile Alimentos, Guillermo González, one of the business leaders who participated in the 2023 version of the Nanotechnology Fair organized by the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, CEDENNA.
After going through the different modules of the scientific exhibition with great interest, he commented that "here one realizes that there are a lot of solutions that are very applicable to our industry, which is interested in producing healthy food. And nanotechnology is closely related with generating solutions that translate directly into beneficial effects for consumers."
